A common form of corruption is bribery.\r\nCorruption is illegal and has serious negative consequences for society, economic development, and democratic values.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nProTech does not tolerate any form of corruption. All forms of corruption, including bribery, are strictly prohibited.\r\nWe do not pay, offer, or accept bribes or other improper advantages, such as excessive gifts or entertainment, intended to influence business decisions.\r\nWe do not work with suppliers, vendors, or partners who offer bribes or are involved in corrupt activities.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Combating money laundering<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nMoney laundering enables criminals and others to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.\r\nSuch funds may originate from or support activities such as human trafficking, drug trade, terrorism, extortion, or fraud.\r\nProTech does not facilitate or support money laundering.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<hr style=\"margin: 28px 0;\"\/>\r\n\r\n<h2>Safeguarding information and assets<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe Company\u2019s information and assets are essential to our operations and business and must be protected and managed responsibly.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Safeguarding people, information, products, and assets<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nEach employee is responsible for understanding their obligations in this area and for complying with the Company\u2019s policies.\r\nAs our business faces security threats, a dedicated and aware workforce is our best protection.\r\nWe care for each other\u2019s safety and are mindful of security when collecting, sharing, and using data.\r\nWe protect the Company\u2019s physical and financial assets.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Confidential information<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nAll employees data as much as possible and is committed to protecting the data of customers, business partners, and employees.\r\nPersonal data must be handled lawfully, securely, and with respect, regardless of work location.\r\nProtecting data is essential to maintaining trust and strong relationships.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Intellectual property<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe Company\u2019s intellectual property \u2013 including inventions, patents, copyrights, know-how, trade secrets, designs, trademarks, and related licenses \u2013\r\nis a valuable asset that must be protected.\r\nThe Company will take action to safeguard its intellectual property and is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<hr style=\"margin: 28px 0;\"\/>\r\n\r\n<h2>We respect and care for one another<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nRespect for others is fundamental to creating a healthy and safe working environment.\r\nWe respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Health and safety<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe believe that accidents, incidents, injuries, near misses, work-related illnesses, and unsafe conditions are often preventable.\r\nBy prioritizing safety in planning and operations, we ensure that our work environment complies with applicable health and safety requirements.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Against discrimination \u2013 promoting diversity and inclusion<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe value diversity among employees and expect managers to comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws.\r\nWork-related decisions, including recruitment, compensation, roles, promotions, disciplinary actions, termination, and working conditions,\r\nmust be based on competence and performance, not irrelevant personal characteristics.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Respect for human rights and workers\u2019 rights<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe respect internationally recognized human rights and comply with applicable laws and agreements regarding working conditions,\r\nincluding working hours, rest periods, compensation, and benefits.\r\nWe do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, such as forced labor, debt bondage, or human trafficking.\r\nWe respect children\u2019s rights to development and education and do not engage in child labor.\r\nWe uphold employees\u2019 rights to join unions and engage in collective bargaining, while also respecting the choice not to do so.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<hr style=\"margin: 28px 0;\"\/>\r\n\r\n<h2>Conflicts of interest<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nAs individuals, we have the right to a private life.\r\nAt the same time, we must be attentive to situations where personal interests may conflict with the Company\u2019s legitimate interests.\r\nSuch conflicts should be avoided where possible or disclosed and managed appropriately.\r\nWhen properly handled, conflicts can usually be resolved in a fair and balanced manner.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Accounting and reporting<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe aim to report transparently, truthfully, and in a timely manner to provide an accurate view of the Company\u2019s performance.\r\nFinancial transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Reporting grievances<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe believe that a strong culture where employees and partners feel safe to report wrongdoing is essential to our success.\r\nEmployees, business partners, customers, suppliers, resellers, consultants, and former employees are encouraged to report concerns by contacting the CEO.\r\nThere will be no retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Our conduct<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe must always exercise sound judgment to ensure that the Company\u2019s trust, reputation, and standing are not compromised.\r\nWe do not misuse Company property or act in ways that could call into question the impartiality of the Company or its employees.\r\nWe are clear about what is permissible and impermissible.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nWe treat one another with respect regardless of ethnicity, disability, gender, religion, role, sexual
