Final billing is made in Swedish kronor (SEK), unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThe final price includes VAT according to the customer\u2019s delivery country. Exchange rates and final charged amounts may vary depending on the payment provider.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nPayments are processed via secure payment solutions (card payments, bank payments or Klarna).\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">1.3 Delivery<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nOrders are typically delivered within 2\u20135 business days.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nDelivery time depends on destination country (Sweden, Finland and the Baltics). Exact delivery time is confirmed during order processing.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nDelivery is handled by external logistics partners. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">1.4 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nPrivate customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nReturned products must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nReturn shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">1.5 Returns and Claims<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nIn case of defective or incorrect products, the customer has the right to submit a claim within a reasonable time.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nFor assistance, please contact: <a href=\"mailto:protech@protech.nu\">protech@protech.nu<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nWarranty and claims are handled according to applicable EU and local consumer laws.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">1.6 Payment Services<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nPayment services are provided by third parties (e.g. Klarna). VAT is added according to applicable legislation.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nPrices may be displayed in different currencies (SEK, EUR, NOK, DKK) and are informational. Final invoicing is made in Swedish kronor (SEK), unless otherwise agreed.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">2.4 Payment Terms<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nPayment terms are defined in quotation or invoice (e.g. advance payment or 14\/30 days). Credit terms are subject to approval.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nLate payment interest is 0.05% per day unless otherwise agreed.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">2.5 Retention of Title<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nGoods remain the property of the seller until fully paid.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:30px;\">2.6 Delivery<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\nDelivery times are indicative and depend on product availability.
