Description
The Ingersoll Rand W5153-K22B-EU IQV20™ is a next-generation 1/2″ cordless impact wrench designed to meet professional demands for higher power and better access. It combines an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, providing technicians with the strength they need without added bulk.
Intelligent Performance and 4 Power Modes
The IQV® Power Control System allows you to select the precise torque level with the touch of a button, eliminating the need for multiple tools:
- Max Power: Delivers a maximum recommended tightening torque of up to 380 Nm. For removal, it provides smooth capability at 495 Nm.
- Mid Power: 312 Nm for mid-range applications.
- Wrench Tight: 13–33 Nm with an automatic shut-off feature to prevent over-tightening.
- Hand Tight: 3–12 Nm for delicate initial fastening.
For the toughest jobs, the tool features a 745 Nm Nut-Busting Torque capability. This peak torque is designed for extreme breakaway force; however, to maximize the tool’s service life, it is recommended to stay within the standard operating ranges for daily tasks.
Built for Durability and Access
Thanks to its compact ergonomic design (only 183 mm long), the W5153 can easily access tight spaces where other tools fail. The brushless motor and all-metal drivetrain ensure a long service life, while the chemical-resistant composite housing protects the tool from shop fluids.
The integrated 360° COB LED light surrounds the drive, casting a wide beam that provides shadow-free visibility even in the darkest work areas.
