Shipping and Returns
This page explains the shipping and return conditions of the ProTech webshop for both private and business customers. The terms may vary depending on the customer type, destination country, order content, and the logistical solution used for delivery.

The exact shipping cost, product availability, and any additional conditions are displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout depending on the destination, order value, product dimensions, and the content of the order.
1. Shipping and Returns for Private Customers
The following conditions apply to all private customers purchasing from the ProTech webshop. These terms are in accordance with the Swedish distance selling legislation (Distance Contracts Act).
1.1 Delivery Areas
ProTech delivers products to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania). Availability may vary depending on the product, stock levels, or manufacturer-related restrictions.
1.2 Delivery Time
The standard delivery times are as follows:
- Sweden: typically 1–3 business days
- Finland, Denmark and Baltic countries: typically 2–4 business days
- Norway: typically 3–5 business days
Delivery times depend on stock availability and the content of the order. Products made to order or shipments fulfilled from multiple warehouses may require additional processing time.
1.3 Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at protech@protech.nu. We recommend including photos of the packaging and the damage, along with your order number to speed up the handling process.
1.4 Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Private customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Important 2026: Returns can be initiated either by email or via the digital return button available on our website, in compliance with the latest EU and Swedish regulations.
1.5 Return Costs and Refunds
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are processed without delay after inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method.
2. Shipping and Returns for Business Customers
These conditions apply to companies and professional users (B2B). The Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) is applied.
2.1 Delivery Time for Business Customers
The same standard delivery times apply as for private customers:
- Sweden: typically 1–3 business days
- Finland, Denmark and Baltic countries: typically 2–4 business days
- Norway: typically 3–5 business days
2.2 Damages and Claims
Business customers must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
2.3 Returns
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from ProTech and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 20%.
2.4 Warranty and Service
Warranty conditions follow the manufacturer’s terms. ProTech provides professional support, including maintenance, calibration, and technical assistance.
2.5 Nordic and Baltic Specifics
For business transactions within the EU, reverse charge VAT may apply for VAT-registered companies. Deliveries to Norway are subject to import procedures and customs regulations.
3. Shipping Costs
For large orders, heavy shipments, pallet deliveries, or project-based logistics, a separate quotation will be provided. Business customers may receive customized terms based on agreement.
3.1 Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping applies when the order value reaches at least 5000 SEK. This threshold is shown in the cart and checkout based on your selected country.
