Ingersoll Rand MRV Series Lube-Free Reversible Vane Air Motors
Ingersoll Rand MRV Series reversible vane air motors (models MRV009, MRV009-A, MRV015, MRV015-A, MRV040, MRV040-A, MRV050 and MRV050-A) are high-performance pneumatic drives for demanding industrial applications. Designed to run on clean, dry compressed air at 6.2 bar (90 psi), they provide smooth speed control and operation in both directions under the toughest conditions.

Key features and industrial advantages
- Lube-free operation: advanced vane materials allow reliable performance without continuous air line lubrication – ideal for food processing, clean rooms and sterile environments where oil mist is prohibited.
- Versatile shaft and mounting options: available with standard square key (A), Woodruff key (B) or flat shaft (C). Standard IEC flange options include B5D71 (14 mm shaft), B5D80 (19 mm shaft) and B5D90 (24 mm shaft).
- Reliable air preparation: for optimal performance and long service life, a 1/2″ FRL unit (filter–regulator–lubricator) installed close to the motor is recommended.
