ProTech provides calibration, service, and repair for industrial and maintenance tools. We are an official Ingersoll Rand service center in the Nordic region.

Calibration

We calibrate torque wrenches and other torque measuring tools in accordance with applicable standards. We ensure full traceability of measurement results, and each calibration is accompanied by an official calibration certificate. If required, we can also help establish a regular calibration schedule.

We calibrate torque wrenches from all manufacturers in accordance with the ISO 6789 standard, ensuring full traceability throughout the measurement chain. When required, we also perform adjustment and repair – tools that do not meet specifications on the first test are not rejected, but instead adjusted to comply with the required standards.

Our goal is to return the tool to the customer by the next business day after it has arrived. The tool being calibrated is always left overnight to acclimatize to the ambient temperature, which is particularly important during winter conditions.

Warranty and Technical Diagnostics

We are an official Ingersoll Rand service partner and provide warranty repairs and technical diagnostics in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. We quickly identify the root cause of faults and offer transparent solutions for both warranty and non-warranty cases.

ProTech is an authorized Ingersoll Rand service partner and provides service and repair for all Ingersoll Rand tools and equipment. Ingersoll Rand spare parts and technical support are areas in which we have over 30 years of experience – supporting both new and legacy tools and equipment.

Service and Repair

We provide professional service and repair for industrial and maintenance tools to ensure reliable operation and long service life. We use original spare parts and follow the manufacturer’s service guidelines. We serve customers throughout the Nordic region.

We provide service and repair for small machines and equipment, including:

  • most pneumatic tools (various manufacturers)
  • most corded and cordless power tools (e.g. Makita, Bosch, DeWalt, Hitachi / Hikoki, and others)
  • most nail guns
  • most high-pressure washers (e.g. Kärcher, Alto)
  • most maintenance and industrial hydraulic equipment
