Ingersoll Rand QXX Series – Connected Precision Fastening Systems

The Ingersoll Rand QXX Series connected precision screwdrivers are engineered for advanced production environments where full traceability, process control and error-proofing are essential. Designed for Industry 4.0 manufacturing, QXX tools deliver closed-loop control of torque, speed and angle, ensuring maximum accuracy and repeatability for every fastening operation.

The series supports USB, Bluetooth and Zigbee programming through the INSIGHT Connect application or the advanced INSIGHTQCX™ controller. This allows seamless integration with production control systems, enabling real-time quality monitoring, process validation and centralized tool management.

QXX tools are available in both Display and No-Display versions and can be adapted to a wide range of industrial assembly applications. Each tool stores up to 1200 fastening cycles internally and provides diagnostics, programmable maintenance alerts and full digital traceability of the fastening process.
