The Ingersoll Rand QXF Series cordless precision screwdrivers are designed for manufacturers who need high accuracy, repeatable torque, and transducerized closed-loop fastening – without requiring wireless connectivity, network integration, or Fieldbus systems.
All QXF tools are USB-programmable using the INSIGHT Connect App (mobile or PC) and support 32 fully configurable PSETs with real-time torque and angle control. QXF models are built with a No-Bluetooth, No-WiFi, No-Radio architecture, making them ideal for stand-alone quality-critical applications on production lines where wireless communication is restricted or not desired.
The QXF Series provides transducer-based torque measurement, angle monitoring, result memory, and clear operator feedback via onboard display or LED indicators (No-Display versions). In addition, QXF tools support the ETS ergonomic tightening mode, reducing reaction forces by up to 63% and improving operator comfort in repetitive tasks.
