Speak up!

We believe that a strong culture where no one is afraid to report wrongdoing is important for our success. Anyone – employees and external parties – can report suspected misconduct in our operations or our supply chain using the form below.

Who can report?

Employees, temporary staff, trainees, job applicants, Board members and owners, as well as customers, suppliers and their employees, subcontractors, local communities and anyone else.

What can be reported?

  • Human rights and working conditions, including discrimination and harassment
  • Health and safety risks
  • Environmental violations
  • Unethical business practices – for example corruption, fraud, anti-competitive behaviour, counterfeit products or breaches of sanctions
  • Breaches of our Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct or the law

Who receives the report?

Reports go directly to our external handler, Björn Hillefors, HQBM, who is independent of ProTech management. Nothing is stored in ProTech’s systems. If a report concerns the CEO, it is handled without the CEO’s involvement.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes. We recommend that you provide contact details so we can confirm receipt and ask follow-up questions, but anonymous reports are accepted and handled with the same care. Your identity is always kept confidential.

What happens next?

  1. You receive confirmation of receipt within 7 days (if you have provided contact details).
  2. The report is investigated confidentially. You may be contacted for more information and consulted on possible remedies.
  3. You receive feedback on the actions taken within 3 months.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can appeal via the external handler. The appeal is reviewed by an independent person appointed by HQBM who has not been involved in the case.

Protection against retaliation

Anyone who reports in good faith is protected against retaliation – such as dismissal, demotion or harassment. You can also report to the competent authority, for example the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
