Planetary Gear Vane Air Motors
Planetary gearing and a multi-vane motor in one compact housing: 0.08–2.8 kW, 35–26,000 rpm and stall torque up to 480 Nm. Instant start, stop and reverse, with simple speed and torque control by air.
- M002, M004, M007 – modular, flange or face mounting, ATEX.
- 1800, 3800, 4800 – higher power up to 2.8 kW.
- 0, 000, 44, 2200 – stackable gearing and many spindle options.
- Duralite (22ME, 2202ME, 33ME) – lightweight 0.19–0.56 kW motors, and 728 – stainless steel for hygienic and pharmaceutical use.
- Sizing rule: about 70% of the lowest available air pressure.
