The INSIGHTQCX™ wireless controller is designed for production environments requiring maximum flexibility, simple configuration and complete control over Ingersoll Rand QX Connect Series™ fastening tools. It is a web-based controller that works with any computer, tablet or smart device without software installation or special IT permissions. All tool configuration is performed directly through a standard web browser.

Thanks to transducer-based closed-loop control, the INSIGHTQCX™ delivers laboratory-level fastening precision directly on the production line. The system continuously monitors torque and angle during every fastening cycle and provides full process traceability. The controller stores up to 500,000 fastening results together with detailed graphs, allowing engineers to analyse the entire tightening process and detect potential issues immediately during production.

INSIGHTQCX™ supports USB, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WLAN/Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, making it suitable for quality-critical assembly lines as well as production environments requiring high reliability, process control and full traceability.

Unlike many industrial fastening systems, INSIGHTQCX™ does not require annual software licenses. The system operates without recurring license fees or hidden software costs, significantly reducing the long-term IT and software expenses of the assembly line.
