ZG2 handle with load cell
Better load control and less force for the operator, with an ergonomic handle with a load cell.
Retrofit kit from ZG1 to ZG2 level, or handle and push-button box on an existing manipulator.

The challenge
On a standard ZG1, moving the load up or down takes a direct force of about 10% of the load, which strains the operator and affects cycle time.
The solution
In balancing mode, a direct force of 2–3% of the load is enough. The handle has an integrated load cell, and the up/down push-button box mounts on the handle or on the manipulator. Two potentiometers adjust the up and down speeds on site.
Technical data
| Direct force | 2–3% of the load, against about 10% on a standard ZG1 |

| Handle | Ergonomic, with integrated load cell |
| Push-button box | Up/down, on the handle or on the manipulator |
| Speed | Two potentiometers for up and down |
| Fits | Existing ZG1 balancers and manipulators |
