The Ingersoll Rand MRV040FC202-5 is an MRV series reversible spur gear vane air motor. Spur gearing with a multi-vane motor for high-torque, low-speed applications – mixers, winches, conveyors and drives. The series meets ATEX requirements.
Specifications at 6.2 bar (90 psi): power 2.7 kW, speed at max power 550 rpm, stall torque 48 Nm, starting torque 30 Nm, air consumption at max power 56.6 l/s, weight 16 kg. Geared MRV: flange mount (FC), gear ratio 4.8:1, permissible radial load 1370 N. Gearbox lubricated for life, working pressure 2.5–7 bar (also nitrogen), temperature −30…+80 °C.
