Ingersoll Rand MRV Series reversible vane air motors (models MRV009, MRV009-A, MRV015, MRV015-A, MRV040, MRV040-A, MRV050, and MRV050-A) are high-performance pneumatic drives designed for demanding industrial applications. Engineered to run on clean, dry compressed air at a operating pressure of 6.2 bar (90 psi), they deliver stepless speed control and smooth direction change even under the harshest working conditions.

  • Lube-Free Operation: Advanced vane materials enable reliable operation without continuous oil lubrication in the air supply line. Ideal for food processing, cleanrooms, and sterile environments where oil mist is strictly prohibited.
  • Versatile Shaft and Mounting Options: Available with standard keyway (A), Woodruff key (B), or flat shaft (C). Standard IEC flange options include B5D71 (14 mm shaft), B5D80 (19 mm shaft), and B5D90 (24 mm shaft).
  • Reliable Air Preparation: For optimal performance and maximum service life, installing a 1/2″ FRL unit (filter, regulator, lubricator) close to the motor is recommended.
