The Ingersoll Rand 2236QXPA is a quiet, 1/2″ pneumatic impact wrench delivering up to 2,034 Nm of breakaway torque, built for service and maintenance work in auto repair shops, tire service and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance. It shares the same proven platform as the rest of the 2236 series, delivering powerful, reliable performance as a more affordable alternative to the titanium 2236QTiMAX.

Like the rest of the 2236 series, the 2236QXPA features Ingersoll Rand’s patented Drive Xchange System™ (DXS), allowing fast, tool-free anvil changes between 3/8″, 1/2″ and 3/4″ drives with five different anvil lengths (2–10 inches) – for maximum flexibility with minimal equipment.

Its patented motor design gives the 2236QXPA a low operating sound level of just 94.2 dB(A) (LpA, per ISO 15744) while still delivering full power. The tool also features Ingersoll Rand’s patented Direct Greasing System, making it easy to grease the hammer mechanism directly for more efficient operation and increased run time. The compact, ergonomic design weighs under 2 kg and is only 187 mm long, providing excellent balance and comfort during extended use.
