Description

The 551SMA-EU is Ingersoll Rand’s heaviest pneumatic drill, capable of hole-making in steel up to Ø76 mm. Its very low free speed of 120 rpm produces the extremely high torque needed for bits and hole saws in this size class.

The bit mounts directly into the MT5 Morse taper spindle. At 31.3 kg the tool is normally used in a stand or with a magnetic base for heavy industrial applications such as shipbuilding, structural steel and plant maintenance.
