The QXWD2PT012AQ04-EU from Ingersoll Rand’s QXW Series (QX Limitless WiFi 6) is a cordless pistol screwdriver for precision assembly with full traceability. The built-in torque transducer measures every tightening, and the tool communicates via WiFi, 802.15.4 and Bluetooth.

Dual-band WiFi 6 (2.4/5 GHz) with stable roaming allows direct connection to the plant MES without a controller (Open Protocol). The onboard accessory bus supports e.g. the tool-mounted QC-SCANNER-1-W barcode scanner.

Up to 32 programmable tightening configurations and on-board storage of 1,200 tightening results. Programming wirelessly via the INSIGHTqcx controller or the INSIGHT Connect app, via USB, or directly on the tool’s display and keys.
