Ingersoll Rand RTS060PS6 is an innovative industrial assembly tool from the advanced RTS Connect Series, specifically developed to meet the strictest requirements of modern assembly lines. This system combines exceptional repeatability, optimal operator ergonomics, and complete process security. Thanks to the sophisticated mechanical pulse mechanism, the tightening process is completely reaction-free (kickback-free). This protects the operator’s wrists and eliminates the need for heavy, restrictive, and maintenance-heavy pneumatic hoses, ensuring full cordless mobility.
The tool’s precise torque range spans from 12 to 60 Nm, making it an ideal and exceptionally fast solution for tightening critical fasteners (typically thread sizes M8–M10) in automotive components, machinery, white goods, and general manufacturing industries.
Scope of Delivery – Bare Tool Version
This configuration is intended for users who already have access to the Ingersoll Rand IQV20™ battery system:
- 1 pc. RTS060PS6 – Pistol grip mechanical pulse nutrunner with a 3/8″ external square drive.
- Note: Delivered without batteries and charger (bare tool/housing only in a separate box).
Configuration and Control: INSIGHT™ Connect & MTC
As part of the RTS Connect Series, the tool can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth® or Wi-Fi to the INSIGHT™ Connect mobile app or to a plant-wide MTC (multi-tool control) system. The tool’s integrated color screen allows for quick data reading and local configuration. The operator can program up to 8 unique tightening profiles (P-sets), choose between 40 precise torque stages, and utilize smart poka-yoke (error-proofing) functions—such as double-hit prevention and cross-thread detection—guaranteeing 100% traceability in production.
