- All-steel construction, 5:1 design factor – meets ASME B30.16
- Cast iron wheels with universal tread on permanently greased sealed bearings – flat and tapered flanges; rail sweeps integral with side plates
- Flange: TIR6600 84–152 mm (152–305 mm with wide flange kit), TIR132 109–185 mm; tight curve radius (min 1067 / 1524 mm)
- Modular frame – plain, geared and motorised versions, hook-on or rigid mount; conversion in the field
- Motorised trolley: vane air motor, automatic disc brake and low air consumption (approx. 990 l/min)
- Options: bronze wheels (B, spark resistant), wide flange kit, CE package (-E) – main air shut-off valve and pendant with emergency stop
Applications
Moving air hoists and other hoists along an I-beam in production and maintenance areas – the motorised trolley handles heavy loads and longer runs without pushing, the geared trolley gives precise travel by hand chain.
