Ingersoll Rand SS810GB03R31 is an SS800 series inertia-engaged vane air starter for starting diesel and gas engines in marine, power generation, oil & gas and off-highway applications. Sealed for operation on compressed air or natural gas. Power up to 45 hp (34 kW) and breakaway torque 230 Nm at 6.2 bar.
Standard orientation. The orientation only defines how the starter sits on the engine (inlet, exhaust and drive housing positions). The starter itself is the same as other SS810GB03R31 variants – choose the one that fits your engine installation, or ask us.

Standard orientation – positions are confirmed at order to suit your engine.
Positions per the Ingersoll Rand installation manual: inlet and exhaust 4 × 90°, drive housing 16 × 22.5°. The drive housing letter shows the position of the control ports (reference hole on inertia models). Always check against your engine installation drawing.
