Ingersoll Rand G4911 – 20V IQV20™ Cordless Tire Buffer (Bare Tool) is a professional solution for tire repair applications, delivering cordless freedom and consistent performance for workshops and mobile service operations.

The tool is designed for cleaning the injury channel and buffing the inner liner of the tire to ensure a safe and high-quality repair surface. A two-speed selector allows precise control of each step: 1000 rpm for cleaning and 3000 rpm for buffing, following recommended tire repair practices.

The patented angled battery design improves access in tight tire interiors and eliminates the limitations of air hoses. The cordless platform enhances maneuverability and ensures a smoother, more efficient workflow.

The tool features a 7/16″ hex quick-change chuck, compatible with both cleaning tools and buffing cones, allowing fast and secure accessory changes. Low vibration at approximately 1.7 m/s² and up to 25% lower noise levels improve operator comfort and reduce fatigue.

This tool is part of the Ingersoll Rand IQV20™ 20V battery platform and is fully compatible with existing IQV20™ batteries and chargers. Ideal for users already operating within the IQV20™ system.
