Terms of Sale and Purchase

This page combines the ProTech webshop terms for both private individuals and business customers. When accepting during checkout, the applicable terms depend on the customer type: consumer terms for private individuals or sales terms for businesses.

1. Terms for Private Customers

The following terms apply to all purchases made by private individuals in the ProTech webshop.

1.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices in the webshop may be displayed in different currencies (e.g. SEK, EUR, NOK or DKK), depending on the customer’s location or selection.

Prices shown in other currencies are for information purposes only. Final billing is made in Swedish kronor (SEK), unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

The final price includes VAT according to the customer’s delivery country. Exchange rates and final charged amounts may vary depending on the payment provider.

Payments are processed via secure payment solutions (card payments, bank payments or Klarna).

1.3 Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time depends on destination country (Sweden, Finland and the Baltics). Exact delivery time is confirmed during order processing.

Delivery is handled by external logistics partners. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

1.4 Right of Withdrawal

Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

1.5 Returns and Claims

In case of defective or incorrect products, the customer has the right to submit a claim within a reasonable time.

Warranty and claims are handled according to applicable EU and local consumer laws.

1.6 Payment Services

Payment services are provided by third parties (e.g. Klarna). Terms and fees depend on the selected payment method.

1.7 Liability

ProTech is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or production downtime.

Use of products is at the customer’s own risk.

1.8 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we recommend contacting us first via email.

Consumers may also turn to their national consumer authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

2. Terms for Business Customers

The following terms apply to all purchases made by business entities in the ProTech webshop.

2.1 General

These sales terms apply to all transactions between business customers and Professional Technologies Sweden AB (ProTech).

2.3 Pricing

All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. VAT is added according to applicable legislation.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies (SEK, EUR, NOK, DKK) and are informational. Final invoicing is made in Swedish kronor (SEK), unless otherwise agreed.

2.4 Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in quotation or invoice (e.g. advance payment or 14/30 days). Credit terms are subject to approval.

Late payment interest is 0.05% per day unless otherwise agreed.

2.5 Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the seller until fully paid.

2.6 Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability. ProTech is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or logistics.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to carrier or customer.

2.7 Returns

Statutory withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases.

Returns are only accepted upon prior agreement and may be subject to handling fees.

2.8 Warranty and Claims

Warranty applies according to manufacturer terms.

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after defect discovery.

2.9 Liability

ProTech is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, production downtime or other business losses.

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

2.10 Governing Law

All disputes arising from these terms are governed by Swedish law.
